About Me.
Hi! I'm Allyson, nice to meet you. As a life long Quad Citizen, I am dedicated to supporting the mental health of those in our community through advocacy, inclusion and acceptance. I believe that every voice is valued and should be heard, I am here to listen.
I am a t-LMHC in the state of Iowa, graduating with a BA in Psychology from St. Ambrose University and a Ms. Ed. in Counseling from Western Illinois University. I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a life long student, growing with the mental health field.

Telehealth Therapy
At Be You Therapy, I also believe in meeting therapy clients where they are, which is why I offer Telehealth services. This flexible approach allows you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space, making mental health support more accessible.
